Delivery and pickup

Each branch delivers within its own zone. At checkout we check the address: if it falls inside the selected branch zone, delivery is available right away. If it is outside the zone, we offer pickup or the nearest branch.

Every point delivers by Yandex courier: you pay the courier at the Yandex tariff, so it is not part of the order total on the site. Each branch has its own minimum order; while the cart is below it, checkout stays locked.

Dishes are made to order, so timing depends on kitchen load, weather and traffic. Times are approximate. If anything changes, we call the number you gave us.

You can collect the order yourself at any branch. Choose pickup at checkout and arrive at the agreed time — your order will be ready by then.

The order is paid by transfer to a card: we send the details once you place it. The courier takes no money for the order, with no exceptions, pickup included. The only thing paid separately is delivery, and only where Yandex prices it.
